Every piece is cast, finished and crated to order in our Chișinău studio, then shipped to you wherever you are. Here's exactly how it works.
How we pack a sculpture depends on its size and weight. Smaller works travel in bubble wrap inside a reinforced cardboard box; larger or heavier pieces are crated in custom wooden boxes built to fit the piece exactly, so nothing shifts in transit.
Because every piece is made to order, your sculpture ships 5–7 days after we confirm your order — this is the time needed to finish, patinate and pack it properly. From dispatch, transit typically takes 10–25 days, depending on your country and local customs processing.
We'll send you a tracking number as soon as it leaves the studio, so you can follow it the whole way.
Shipping itself is included in the price you see on the site. Any import duties, customs fees or local taxes charged when the piece arrives in your country are the buyer's responsibility — these vary a lot by destination, so we'd recommend checking your local rules before ordering if you want to know the total landed cost in advance.
Insurance for the shipment is optional and available on request — just mention it when you place your order and we'll include it.
Because each sculpture is cast and finished specifically for your order, we're not able to offer returns for change of mind once production has started.
If your piece arrives damaged in transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging — we'll sort out a repair, replacement or refund with you.
If you're local or visiting Moldova, you're welcome to collect your piece directly from the studio — just let us know when you enquire and we'll arrange a time.
Every order is confirmed with you personally before we start — timing, finish and shipping included. Reach out and we'll walk you through it.
