This is a working draft, not a final legal document. It's written to give visitors an honest, plain-language account of how ArtIllustro collects data and sells work. Before this goes live, have a lawyer or accountant in Moldova review it — particularly the parts on art export, customs and any tax disclosures required for your business structure.

01Privacy Policy

ArtIllustro ("we", "us") is operated by Veaceslav Jiglitski's studio in Chișinău, Moldova. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why, and what you can do about it.

02What we collect

The only personal data we collect is what you choose to give us through the Order / Enquire form: your name, email address, phone number if you add one, and whatever you write in your message.

That submission is processed by Formspree, a third-party form service, and delivered to our studio email address. We use it solely to reply to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to arrange your order — edition, finish, timing, shipping and payment.

We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for marketing.
We do not currently run analytics or advertising cookies on this site.
We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to handle your order and for basic bookkeeping afterwards.

03Your rights

You can ask us at any time what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — write to sales.artilustro@gmail.com and we'll handle it directly.

04Terms of Sale

Every sculpture on this site is made to order — hand-cast in bronze, finished and patinated individually rather than pulled from stock. A few things follow from that:

Prices shown are in EUR and include worldwide shipping. Import duties and local taxes on arrival are the buyer's responsibility.
Nothing is produced until we've confirmed your order with you directly by email — including edition, finish and any customisation.
Payment terms are agreed individually with you when you order.
Each piece ships 5–7 days after your order is confirmed, with transit typically taking 10–25 days depending on destination.
Every piece is signed by the artist and comes with a Certificate of Authenticity included in the box.

05Returns

Because each piece is cast specifically for your order, we can't offer returns for change of mind once production has started. If your piece arrives damaged in transit, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we'll arrange a repair, replacement or refund.
